| Our firm tofu is very versatile. You can use
it in hotpot, stir-fry, stews, soups, salads, and for grilling.
Our firm tofu is made according to the traditional standard.
Its firmness and protein content is similar to many brands
of extra firm tofu and are much higher than the firm tofu
on the mainstream market.
For your convenience, we also offer institutional (foodservice)

| Our extra firm tofu is the star of our product
family. Its unique texture is unmatched by any other extra firm
tofu on the market. Unlike the competition’s extra firm tofu,
ours will not fall apart during cooking. It is high in protein,
sliceable and groundable. Using a cheese or deli slicer, it
can be sliced thinly (1/16") without compromising the integrity
of its texture.
Imagination is the only limit to using our tofu that can
be ground and sliced. It can be used in stir-fry, grilling,
