Fruity Summer Dessert Ideas

When talking about summer, which fruit pops up in your mind? Pineapples? Mango? Coconuts? No worries! We’ve got you covered for a variety of flavors! Mango Tofu Dessert

How do you eat your mango? This comforting dessert is easy to try out at home and eat mango in a new way. If you are also a coconut lover, this dessert is made for you.

 

Ingredients:

½ Package of Nature’s Soy Extra Silken Tofu

1 Fresh Mango

¼ Cup of Coconut Cream

½ Cup of Coconut Milk

 Instructions:

1. First start with preparing the mango. Peel off the mango skin and cut into slices and set aside.

2. Use a spoon to scoop the Extra Silken Tofu from the package and place the tofu into a bowl.

3. Add the sliced fresh mango to the top of the tofu and pour in the coconut milk.

4. Drizzle some coconut cream on top of the tofu mango bowl to finish your mango tofu dessert.


Soy Pudding

Did you know that a soy drink can turn into a soft pudding by just stirring and waiting for a couple hours? It’s done, that simple! Smooth and creamy and very healthy for summertime!

Ingredients:

1 cup of Nature’s Soy Sweetened Soymilk

1 tbsp Vegan Gelatin Power

5 tbsp Warm Water

Instructions:

1. Add 1 cup of soymilk to a saucepan and heat until warm.

2. In a small cup, combine 1 tbsp Vegan Gelatin Power with 5 tbsp warm water and whisk until dissolved. Slowly add the vegan gelatin powder and water mixture into the warm soy drink. Stir and remove from heat.

3. Add the mixed liquid into a small bowl of your choice, refrigerate for 4 hours. 

4. After 4 hours, remove the pudding from the bowl and placed upside down on a plate.

5. Enjoy your soft and creamy Soy Pudding!
